Over time, however, our environment and soils have been polluted and degraded through the many conventional methods that offer quick gains and increased yields at the expense of the natural cycles of the planet.

Hello.  My name is John and I started GreenEden because of my passion about regenerative, sustainable ways we can grow food and plants that are in line with what nature intended.

I question everything.  I admit, sometimes it can be an annoyance to friends and family.  Honestly, it would be easier to just go with the flow.  You know, lighten up, listen to the ‘experts’ online and on t.v.  But I knew there were people that wanted to know how the food and plants they consume were grown.  And the ways that we could begin to let nature take back the lead.

Thats how it started.  Our food system.  When we had kids, the awakening began.  Slowly learning that the system is broken.  What is in our food?  How is it grown and produced?  What happened to using what nature has provided over millennia to feed, cure, and heal us.  It really should not have gotten this far gone.  But here we are…

That’s what our philosophy is all about.  Changing perspectives, and exploiting nature.  In a good way.  Focusing on the ways we can see ourselves out of the downward spiral many feel humanity is traveling.

We chose to focus on what we feel is the foundation of our health.  Living Soils.

Taken for granted, exploited, used up, and polluted.

That’s the history of ‘modern’ agriculture.  The chemical industry has had a field day.  So did the special interests (see lobbyists) who gathered government subsidies and handouts to further the plunder of our most precious resource.  Our environment.
